Toyama Group was founded in Singapore. One of the founders Dr. Toyama once worked as a laboratory manager in PIAS cosmetic group in Japan; he also helped developing in anti-aging series in Shiseido Group; and now he not only owns several patens both on skin products and nutrient products, but also holds the position as Technology Development consultant in around ten cosmetic companies.

It’s not an accident the idea of founding “Dr. Toyama” and “Toyama Lab”. As we go back to the year 1989 in Taiwan, by the time Dr. Toyama already had his own laboratory. Born in a medical family, Dr. Toyama started studying in the differences between western and eastern medicine from childhood; in his twentieth, he had been succeeded using both western and eastern medical theories into the development of skin products and nutrient products. Based on a simply but creative idea, Dr. Toyama decided to combine his knowledge of chemistry, the use the latest Bio-Tech, and current cell and molecule extractive technique, to create a product which is 100% harmless to the body and totally fits human functional physiology.

Since then, from the beginning the personal skin care products which aims at “to rebirth your beauty in your natural life”, to nowadays the nutrition supplements and health products. Toyama Group succeeded reaching the goal that health is prime importance, and reaches the effects from outside to inside by adjusting body physique. Thus it brings people more meaning and happiness to their lives.

All the products of Toyama Group have been attained the certification from “Medical Devices of Singapore Health Sciences Authority” and “Taiwan Consumers’ Association”. We have to make sure all of the elements that have negative effects on the quality during the lifetime of products are under control. Thus, according to the company goals and tasks, we built up a full range of quality control net which covers from manager, quality control device, to everyone in the workshop; make sure every producing process and every working procedure are under control. We monitor the whole process form the purchase of the products materials, the warehouse entering, the material receiving, the check before putting material into production, the control during the producing process, the inspection of semi-manufactured products, the package of inside and outside, the inspection and reinspection of finished products and so on. Therefore, it ensures the “safety, efficiency, uniform, and controllability” of our products.

Besides, in order to protect our environment, we also aim at using the clean energy, reducing the pollution and wastes during the process, lessening or even eliminating the manufacturing activities which have negative influences to the ecological environment.
